Quicken Simplifi Where the bookkeeping lives. My business is simple enough that I don't need anything heavier, and this keeps it that way. Make sure you get the personal and business version, not just personal.

Chase business banking For business checking and savings. Keeping business money in an actual business account is the single easiest thing you can do for your own sanity at tax time. Chase usually has a bonus for opening one.

Riverside How I record video podcasts, especially with guests. It records each side separately in full quality, so a shaky connection doesn't wreck the audio the way it does on a normal video call.
